ESD Protection Diode

ESD diodes are electrostatic discharge protection devices, also known as TVS arrays, integrating multiple TVS or diode cells for single or multi-channel ESD protection.
**Key Features**:
1. Fast response (<0.5ns), low capacitance, low forward voltage, high integration, small size, supporting multi-line data interface protection.
2. Mainly used for ESD protection of communication interfaces such as USB, HDMI, RS485, RS232.
3. Diverse packages including SOD-323, SOT-23, QFN-10 for flexible PCB layout.
**Differences from TVS Diodes**:
1. ESD focuses on ESD protection with preferred capacitance 1–3.5pF; TVS generally has higher capacitance.
2. ESD is for board-level interface protection; TVS is for primary/secondary system-level protection.
3. ESD emphasizes ESD rating and capacitance; TVS emphasizes power rating and package.
