12V-40V MOSFET
12V-40V MOSFET refers to Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor, a type of field-effect transistor widely used in analog and digital circuits. Based on the polarity of carrier channels, it is classified into N-type (NMOSFET/NMOS) and P-type (PMOSFET/PMOS).
1. Voltage-controlled device with low driving current, suitable for low-current and high-input-impedance applications.
2. Source and drain are interchangeable in some models; gate voltage can be positive or negative, offering high flexibility.
3. Unipolar device relying only on majority carriers, with favorable noise and temperature performance.
4. Operates at low voltage and low current, easily integrated at scale, ideal for large-scale integrated circuits.
